Flash Flood @ Sibu, City of Swan

A "flash" flood attacked Sibu again! Sibu is a town with area of 229.8 square kilometers located at the middle of east Malaysia. It is confluence with the Rejang and Igan Rivers, some 60 kilometers from the ocean. A flash flood is a rapid flooding process at low-lying areas eg: washes, rivers and streams. It is usually caused by heavy rain associated with a tropical storm, or thunderstorm.
